1. The Shirt that I want is out of stock. What can I do?

Many items sell out quickly but there is a probability that a shipment is on the way. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@nakoexpoapparel.com and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.
2. Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you would like to make changes to an existing order, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once it is processed, we are unable to make additional changes.
3. When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You will be notified once the order has been shipped, delivered, or any changes made to the order.
 
4. When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days. We do try our best to get orders processed and shipped as soon as they are received. Orders are shipped via USPS and most domestic packages are delivered within 3-5 business days after being shipped. Orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: All pre-orders take 3-4 weeks after the order is placed to be delivered.
5. What is your return policy?
We do not accept refunds. Exchanges only. You may exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email at info@nakoexpoapparel.com.
